How we are operating:

There are patients who need care for non-COVID-19 related health conditions, we are scheduling appointments at one patient per 30 minutes.  COVID VACCINE is required to attend an appointment.  Please bring proof of your vaccine to your appointment so that we can enter it into your immunization history.  This requirement is to protect the health of patients who either cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons or who are poor/non-responders to the vaccine due to medical reasons. 

 

Please do not arrive early, or late, for your appointment time.  With this patient flow, we can minimize the need to have patients share waiting room space
