Insurance: 

 

There are many insurance companies and we accept most. Each company offers different types of policies, so while we may take one type of policy for a company we may not be “in-network” with another type of policy.  We do not participate with any policy that require the selection of a PCP (which is usually printed on your card); if you have an out-of-network option and choose to use that option, you will be responsible for a greater share of the costs.
