Long term medications are for the purpose of treating chronic conditions.  These conditions need to be monitored. We require medical visits for refills.  Generally, you will receive enough medication for 90 or 120 days depending on the medication.

When you need a new prescription for a refill (you have used all of the refills or the original prescription has expired), please schedule an appointment via the patient portal, our website, or call our office during business hours.
